Say, I need some advice. One of my neighbors has been dumping large loads of dog scat the size of elephants on my hill side. The question is who dunn it? They tried unsucessfully to cover it up. Phew.....

It could be my dane neighors who bark all day, but their side is wired shut, so it could be my German neighbor but she has no dog, and it could be my old geezer neighbor who has been dumping cat litter, but he has no dog. Or it could be coming from the bar across the street from a lady that has a German Sheperd. Or it could be sorry to say the JW's who I have a battle with. They are the only ones back there when they mow the neighbors grass. Would they dump dog scat? I dunno.

However, late at night I hear voices out there and not in my head. How to catch these dastardly dumpers?

Yeah, I agree with the idea of installing a motion sensor light ... or, if you wanna get evil, you could get one of those motion sensor sprinklers ;) I think that after getting a cold shower, they might think twice about going over there to dump their poo.

you could hide out in the bushes with a spotlight and mega phone and when the culprit comes to dump a load ,quickly hit him or her with the spotlight and yell at them through the mega phone alerting the whole neighborhood .step away from the sh*t..i repeat step away from the sh*t..

Tennis racket, rubber gloves. My neighbors quit it because I covered their house with their own dogs dogcrap they put in my yard. Use an old tennis racket. They have a little more give to em.

Then just for spite I wasn't satisfied with covering the outside of their house with their dogs crap they threw in my yard I wanted their insides covered too. I conveniently dropped a half bar of exlax over the fence for the dog to eat.

I don't tolerate crappy neighbors.
