This isn't about funding or low population. This has been happening across the country for a least 6 yrs. & in RURAL communities, (I didn't check back further), like Georgia. Perhaps they thought no one would notice.. Since we are all dumbed down & all. Wakey wakey

The school year was initially set up for farming and it was never changed. Compared to Japanese who go longer each day and have no summers off we are way behind, but that is not to offend our current US malaise LAZINESS and Obesity which both require effort and discipline
