I couldn't give a crap what friends or family might think about whoever I end up with. Local is more practical and more convenient for me. I'm not going to concern myself about what others think. I wouldn't let gossip-mongers stop me. What's it to them anyway? We all die in the end.

I am learning the awareness of the nuances of dating local..I have met a gentleman, who, it turns out, knows quite a few of my friends or people I know... and quite frankly... it is freaking me out. As we have conversations, I learn he knows this person,, and that person,,,, say,wwhhaaatt???? I am thinking that perhaps that striking up a LDR may be better for me.. Don't worry Kitty, it just that you took the blue pill, your in the matrix now baby!

Well, as someone who lives in the country, I can pretty much so say all of my relationships are of longer distance. Come to think of it, I don't think I've gone out with anyone who has lived within 45 miles of me since I moved away from the city. So as far as I can tell, all relationships are LDRs.
