Topic: Love is real | |

I want to share this to you and hopefully give you encouragement.
At work I have watched a wife come into work every day to be with her husband. The first thing she does is wrap her arms around him and tells him she loves him. They have been married for years but act like they are newly lovers (I mean it in a non sexual way) The photos he has in his room show how strong they are in love. I saw another couple today. The husband introduced his wife to me with such pride and admiration. She looked at him with love. As we talked I saw the love they had in action. As the two were saying goodbye to each other I saw tears and red eyes in both of them. I opened the door for the wife to leave she was crying. I hugged her as she weeped. The love these two couples have for each other reminded me of the movie The Notebook. |

I think your all just jealous of the people that Annierooroo is talking about. Have I personally experienced it? No, but that doesn't mean I think everyone that claims to have that are lying because if I refused to except all the thinks I've never experienced then in my mind a little over half the world wouldn't exist.

This is really sweet Annie .
Thank you I have had the pleasure of talking to a few couples like that. What will shock you is the rough years of arguing, frustration and dryness some of these couples endured before they graduated to this euphoric level of love. Nobody want's to hear that part of a lovestory |

You are so true in what you have said. Thanks Joe and Blue for your words I know another couple my great Aunty and uncle. They have been together for 70 years. They are crazy in love. Today I went to visit them and was told because of uncle's heart the doctors can't do anything for him. It's a matter of time be fore he goes. Crap I have to suck it up and be strong for them both so I am down the road in my car bawling my eyes out. Sorry for this. Why do good things have to end? This makes me wondered if we are too quick to throw things away because they are to hard to work it out? |

The love these two couples have for each other reminded me of the movie The Notebook. I remember a couple years ago I was sitting down visiting with my great Uncle and Aunt. They were sitting together, holding hands, as he told me the story about how they would go on these Sunday afternoon picnic's. This was in the 60's, and he talked about it like it was yesterday. The way they looked at each other showed me how much in love they are. And if you knew how much of a ******** my Uncle can be....how easily he can piss someone off....and yet my Aunt walks in and that man melts......that's love. And it is still going strong for them. |
