i told mum that i have been to Maras which is 18 hrs drive from us, stayed just 1 day and took an other 18 hrs journey back.
i was expecting a "what the hell?!...." kind of reaction. she gave no reaction. didnt ask anything. i think she couldnt understand where i had gone or maybe thought i was joking :/ |

Maras is on the south-east of Turkey
at every city we stopped the dressings and the look of the people have changed at one the last places we stopped even the men were wearing scarf kind of things they were speaking arabic and kurdish all heads turned to me and i could feel the tension. i got scared and got back on the coach :s |

that dress obviously was not the right one for south-east
nor the mini shorts that i had in my luggage as i didnt have any long trousers to wear i couldnt go out the next day i bought my ticket and rushed back to here where people dress normal and speak normal as well. |

there is no way !! that i will ever go to eastern parts of Turkey.
The life there is totally different i cannot spend even a couple of days there i said to my friend that their lives there are very weird. he said "your lives there are weird." |

getting used to the modern life here, i do not think i can even live in istanbul.
