And who can forget the sturgis motorcycle rally? There is 27 of us at the resort. We ride all day inviting everyone back to camp for a beer, just being nice, never thinking those people are gonna show when uh oh a hundred hungry bikers take you up on that beer. Oh no! Whatya gonna do? Yup! Tacos in a bag! Ta da! Hey kyle this sh!t is pretty cool man, great idea bro.

Its just a great idea to feed everyone in a pinch. Kids love it because they get to play with their food.and there's no plates. Very little mess. And you can be creative with it. Like tofu for the vege and kosher meat for the kosher. And it is fast and easy. I can't believe you guys on the east coast haven't did it yet. When we brought it to sturgis those bikers thought we were nuts till they tried it and seen us feed 127 people in less than a half hour. And they're good! Now one day out of the rally is picked out for tacos in a bag.

Kyle -- we never heard of it back here; but I could be wrong; I tend to live under a rock sometimes; but I truly have never heard of it.

I have a freind who has a little concessions trailer he pulls behind his pickup truck and goes to events. Auctions, tractor pulls, outdoor gatherings. He loads up enough fixings for 2000 tacos in a bag. Charges one dollar a bag. He has sold out every time. Every show. Every event. Its an idea whose time has come.
