It was by far the longest message I've ever written on here. It detailed everything honestly. From my inheriting my families estate to having my GI home loan approved and all the paperwork for it and how I'm getting the steal of the century interest rate and low payments and no penalty for early payoff and if I do pay off 30 year mortgage early I'm eligible for a second government loan. All I have to do now is pick my dream house and its mine. The bank I went through is sitting on over half of these hra repossesion houses in the nation. I'm going to be cautious and get the home I want in the next 14 months and use it as one of my investments. And when I retire I will sell the home as a retirement nestegg and move and retire in my parents new home for free minus inheritance taxes. I have a 768 credit rating and pay my bills. So in the next 14 months I need to work hard, pay off my loans and credit cards and get my lust for aquiring big boy toys out of my system. I explained all this to her in great detail.

I might be a big bad biker, but besides my heart of double platinum and my word as gold I'm a smart badass biker. I explained to her my motorcycle collection and my insurance dilemna. Everything is insured and licensed. Just pick a bike, hop on and go. I have the lowest rates in the nation where I'm living. My insurance for all my bikes is a thousand dollars a year. But if I move anywhere outside the two counties I reside my motorcycle insurance will go up to $10,000 a year and I'm not joking. Ouch!!!!! And I worked very hard for those motorcycles and they are mine and paid for and I don't intend to sell them not even for love. Sorry. I don't burn money nor do I throw it away. There is a reason for everything I do. I just don't feel I have to explain it to everyone.

So yeah I explained a lot to her. From future plans to tangible hard investments for the future. Pat I'm serious here. I told her I'm not working at a convenience store when I'm 65 and noones taking half of anything I paid and have receipts for. Get it straight. You tell me you love me you better f ing know me inside and out and you better know what you're in for. I know you understand. You've been through this.

I explained how I like to build and not destroy. Wanna know my biggest pet peeve? Bitter vengeful ex that trys to destroy their ex partners life. I see it too much and it scares me. Using children as a weapon. Lying, cheating, cop calling, rumor starting, and alimony. All 100% BS. Freaking people lost their minds? Scary people.

In womens minds there is a little switch that says automatic instant unconditional love and spontaneous instant gratification. When they hit that switch they jump into a relationship based solely on love, blind and oblivious to the world around them.
