Naw! elk is a very lean,good tasting meat.I would give up deer if I had to choose!! Something like buffalo. We have steaks, burgers,stroganoff,and chilli. Served with onionrings with a light coat of parmesan cheese. Garlic mashed potatoes,baked taters. Or your choice of soups. If you want a salad,the lawn's is outback!

i have a funny story about buffalo:
I went to a restaurant one time and ordered a buffalo burger, i'm thinking like buffalo chicken sauce or something... no sauce so i ask the waitress for some. she says we dont have any buffalo sauce... i was like but i ordered a buffalo burger... LOL it was buffalo meat! very good though, but i wanted some spicy sauce lol! |
