Oh hell yeah! Totally agree....and surprisingly, over the years I have noticed those dance club gals are much fitter....note, I said fitter, not younger...

In the 80's and 90's my favorite "pickup" place was the dance clubs. You'd ask some one for a dance, sit and talk dance a couple of hours with different gals. Then at the end of the night you had about 5 or 8 possible canidates. You'd narrow it down to 3 more dances and drinks. By closing time you'd ask or they would ask. Then it was off to a pre-brokered hotel for a night cap. Then they would either spend the night or not. For me the socializing and dancing was already fun. The one night stand would be the dessert! Sometimes a fling would develope. Varying from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Dance hall gals were also very phisically fit. Ciao! pickup place

Ok I'm not accustom to responding to these kind of post but , I'm still new here and "I get that" (learn to know me thing).
It's called the 7yr itch .Do it without your spouses consent,(cheating)with it "respect" it ends the one time it happens. If you still feel the need to continue that "Supercharged I'M THE MAN/WOMAN) ideology then you will forever lust not love. |

one night or one kiss or what ever type.. that is cheating. unacceptable. |

Well, "Seven Year Itch" is another of those classic human terms which get used by different people in different ways.
Really, there's no such thing, in a scientific sense. But at some point, someone came up with the idea of it, to try to explain or at least describe some behavior they thought they were seeing. Some people say it as a joke, to make light of it all. The ones I would eject from my own life at high velocity, are the ones who want to use it as an excuse to be irresponsible. I have simplified my own decision tree about such things in this way: * Either you are capable of making your own decisions, or you are not. * If you are not, due either to biology or psychological impairment, then you should NOT be permitted to gad about the world without constant monitoring and forceful care; and you are certainly not capable of being a participant in any serious relationship. So believe, or pretend to believe, whatever you like. But if you choose to claim that you are subject to the whims of your nether regions, you wont be a player in any of my reindeer games (as the saying goes). |

Ah! those dirty weekends in Brighton...who can forget those...? But a one nite stand, while in a serious relationship...hmmm..un-acceptable and not the done thing...unless you are in an open relationship...all I am saying...

How on earth does that happen? I was of the opinion that 'it' doesn't happen on Earth; rather in 'Heaven'. Have heard people 'moaning' - 'Divine' and several more 'blessed' syllables. 
One small issue: If it's 'stand', as 'they' say, related to the night, when do 'they' (partners, but 'not' in crime) 'lay'?
