If I get an email telling me i have mail and it was sent Pacific time, does that me It can from America or abroad?

Welcome to mingle Jokane. You may know this, but Pacific Standard time is -8 hours from Greenwich time. Which is what England is set to. Hope this helps.

My email notifications come to my private email 5 hours AFTER, someone messages me from Mingle2. It always has.
No it isn't my email with the issue. Everything else comes immediately. |
