Okay, I have been exercising and working out for over a month - the weights, the treadmills and other torture devices. Arms and chest are getting bigger BUT I have a bunch of fat between my shoulder carriage and my hip bones that needs to go. Suggestions on diet or eating plans? I used to think I didn't have to worry, but now......

Limit your starches, such as white bread/rice and other refined sugars. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. Do some cardio, if you can make yourself go. I'm lazy about that myself,laugh . If you can add more greens and uncooked vegetables for digestive enzymes and digestive health. Maybe even supplement with some enzymes. They're cheap. Good luck.

eating hot peppers helps to reduce fats in the body as well I eat one jalapino a day and it helped me to loose 40 pounds in 6 months.
