A ghost chip is an imagination chip. Kiwi humour. It was in an add about drink/driving. A mate was dreaming of what would happen if he let his friend drive home drunk and he had an accident so the friend haunted him and ask if he wanted a chip the mate said I don't want your ghost chip. It was a humour with a lesson
