I think they have to be your original recipes and not something you found on a website or magazine...

This is a recipe my mom taught me many years ago when i was small.... make it almost weekly and dedicate it to her who is sick and not expected to live more than 2 months to a year.

Chicken Devon

1 cup:: Hellman's mayo. (use this brand its the best for this do not use Miracle Whip)

1 can: Cream of chicken soup. (any brand)

2 tsp.: Lemon juice.

1 pack of skinless boneless chicken breasts
-----------------------------------------------------------------

sauce: combine can of soup, lemon juice and mayo in a small saucepan and cook on low-med heat till hot....

chicken: boil in water till done... (no spices need to be added to this.)

once done line a pie plate or oven proof plate with broccoli, tear up chicken into smaller bite size pieces and place on top of broccoli and top with Swiss cheese.

put plate under broiler in oven till cheese starts to melt and brown.. presto instant complete dinner.

i like to add just a sprinkle of parsley flakes on top for color and fresh ground sea salt and pepper.

note: u make this on a dinner sized plate or pan for individual servings, this recipe makes about 4 servings. if you want this as a fast food for a party put it in a cup cake paper and pan and make small teaser tasters with it...
