a message to those who think they have the right to judge others even if they dont know them .. im muslim ... but im not terrorist im muslim ... but i dont like what the islamic state do im muslim ... but i love people and don`t want to let any space inside my heart for hate im muslim ... but i love others , and love to forgive im muslim ... but i have a heart that love and forgive and cry im muslim ... but i cant judge you if i dont know you im muslim ... but im romantic and love flowers and butterflies im muslim ... and get to know me before you judge me , cause you dont love that some one judges you before he knows you ! thanks for reading 
. im a christion and i feel u... not all muslims are terrorist and likes people to suffer..ive meet filipino-muslims they help others and gave food to strangers..they talk with christians and laughing unlike others... so people dont generalize it, some muslims are good but some are not just like not all christians are good. . No problem, I understand you. :) Just keep on going, God is with you. There's just people who are so judgmental, who discrimate a lot and racist, we cant change them. That's who they are though it hurts us what they say about us we should just ignore them. Remember a dog wont bark if he knows the person. |

I have known for a long time that the images of bomb-throwing , sexist people heavily displayed in the media are not the full representation of who ALL muslims are. I am Christian in my beliefs, but on my island of Trinidad, i have had the pleasure of being taught secularly by a number of Muslims , studied secularly with them at school, celebrated with them at their ceremonies/festivals , dined with them at their homes ,played with their kids and interacted with their family and friends for decades. I have also been extremely close friends with a devoted hijab -wearing East Indian woman since high school till today . I have intimately witnessed her and her family' life and the practice of her religion over the last 25 years. What I experienced personally are people who are sincere , tolerent , equal partners in marriage and child rearing, and gracious and peaceful in nature and this is not uncommon in my country The majority of people who hold the view that all Muslims are terrorists have based it on the 9/11 attack on America ,as well as very strategic images heavily displayed in the media and things they have read. These violent images and experiences are valid , evil and INEXCUSABLE, but they are not the full representation of who all muslims are... anymore than the Hitlers, land pillagers, slave masters ,and perpetrators of Apartheid are the full representation of who ALL Caucasians are. it's not just the 19 terrorists that killed 3000 people on 9-11, it's the thousands of terrorists worldwide that are still killing and causing problems everywhere since then... if you're locked in a room with 10 people and you know 2 of them are going to kill someone in the room, are you going to trust everyone in the room? trust is researched and earned, not given because everyone in the room says it isn't them... i agree, it's a hard time for muslims right now.. but who is to really blame, muslims or everyone else? scared and pissed off people don't care about who the nice people are, after all, out 1.6 billion muslims, it only took 19 to kill 3000 people in less than an hour, only one runs into a shopping mall and kills 30 people... everyone knows not all muslims are bad, but the nice ones are not what people are worried about... i deal with all sorts of different types of muslims during the day, all of them seem very nice and polite... but like i said, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the barrel... |

thanks a lot my friend , i hope that all people in this world read what i wrote cause only god knows that muslim terrorists over the world are not real muslims , they just use islam to make people hate it and hate muslims :(

Remember a dog wont bark if he knows the person. some day , we all will stand in hands of god , one god , and then the person who had no mercy on others , god will not be mercy on them .. from my deep heart im saying it , i want peace to be in the entire wrold , my heart cries when i see a mother crying for losing her sons , when a son cries for losing hs family , aaaaaah lets pray for peace . . Yes that time would come. Seeing people suffer because of terrorists are heartbreaking. Sometimes it's better not to watch news then. God's wrath will be upon them. No mercy for those evil deeds they've done and commited. |

Wouldn't it be amazing, if we could all live in this world, walk upon Mother Earth... And not judge...
I think we have all judge .. Something or someone .. Sometime in our life.... Yes the world has become A scary place, and as I travel,,, I have fears...i was raised on excepting differences in people, religion and Culture... Maybe one day the world will find a steady ground... (I am sure I will never see this in my Lifetime)... One can hope..... Welcome Op.. To mingle, we will find a group of amazing people here.... Namaste |

There are so many bad images of muslims in the media. I feel hurt by this, because I have met so many good ones in my life. I hope more people like you will start more conversations like this. By doing this , you are helping us to connect Islam with a soft heart, and a face and a voice. Too many people talk about muslims as if ALL are monsters or animals.You are helping to show people that when you separate the extreme part of the group from the larger group, that the muslims who remain are just people like the rest of the world with virtues and flaws.
