I got a poem I made myself... inspired by the Holy Spirit
Not to say that I'm not openminded to others and those who do not believe. But I believe there is a higher power that is within you.
Here it goes:
Because of you Lord, I am blessed.
Most People spend a lifetime looking for love and success
A temporary thrill that seems concrete
soon runnin' on empty, if they'd look inside
they'd seek and find thee
you're like the air we can't see
but we know that you're there
supplyin' all our needs
with a love that is rare
A godsent from above
with arms openwide
showin eternal love
to this world that is blind
and like a bride to a groom
you're there to have and to hold
kindlin' warmth to this world that's so dark and cold
freely you served lord
and you kept on giving
you paid the price and died
so we could all be livin
Lord, I must confess
because of you, I'm at my best
when put to the test
you laid my angers and fears to rest
you gave me strength to endure
the worst that trouble can bring
that's why because of you Lord
my heart can sing.... HOPE this brightens your day...JEN
