every morning i will take iron supp. tablets and after that i am not supposed to drink or eat any dairy product at least for 2 hours. then breakfast and then antibiotics.

and every night there is an other medicine i need to take and right after that i have to go to bed
i asked, go to bed for how long? she looked blank, she said well take the medicine and sleep i said i do not really sleep much mum said, you will because people normally do that :\ |

with all these medication i think i better buy and drink artichoke tea. i will need back-up.

good idea but would it not be a lot more easier for you to take a similar print out from your pc ?
