i knew the Army wears green because i have alot of military history in my family.My brother spent 8 yrs in the Guards but just recently got out because of his back but he says if he ever gets it fixed,he's re-enlisting

my whole family is military my dad is retired though

my dad went AWOL about 3 or 4 times but my God-Father was a Vietnam Vet,my Great Uncle is a WWII and Korean War Vet,his Grandson is in Iraq right now on his 3rd tour,my brother's FIL is a Vietname Vet and served in the Gulf War and i've had several other relatives in the military.

my brother was in the gulf war and in bosnia... my dad and his brother served in vietnam.. and my grandfather was in world war 2 |

My dad was a ball tourit(NO CLUE HOW TO SPELL) gunner on a B17 in WWII.Fifty some missions and came back alive. Still loves to talk about it.
