i generally get 4-6,once in a while, i get 7 or more,,but mostly i get just enough to get by on

I work the midnight shift and insomnia is having a long visit with me today.

got 3 and a half last night...that's pretty good...
 dang daughter keeps me up.

Over the counter, "sleepy time". No hangover feeling the next day. Try to give at least 8 hours to sleep.
I hate to say it but I can't sleep either, but with this, I can get a good night sleep. Doctor said it is ok, it's not addictive. C |

i have 2 fans going, and the radio low, it helped for a while, but when i woke up i was awake
