What worries me these days about men r that majority of them don't know how to keep a live and interesting conversation, majority of men see "the flesh" and are eager in getting to know that side when the truth is not all female are like that.

Who's to say what is interesting and what isn't? We all have varied interests, mine differ from many of my friends. Possibly what you seek is someone who shares common interests. If that's the case then maybe you should ask more questions or join some form of club? Has the OP considered that maybe she is choosing to talk to the same kind of man? Frankly the fact that you claim to know what the majority of men think and are looking for might worry men. Especially coming from someone so young.
