I'm not sure if this helps, but if you mean block it from your e-mail, go to mail / mailsettings / and deselect all the boxes.

I'm sorry, not sure what you want, if you wish to close your account then click my account, click settings, scroll down to deactivate my account. If you wish to deactivate messages being sent to your email, then click my account, settings, mail options, and un check the notify me of new mail box.
