first time ever doing this! be gentle! Am a home baker & have started trying new things!
Like Pumpkin walnut cheesecake, Oreo peanut buttercups covered in chocolate! What new desserts, cookies, pies, cakes, or other treats have you recently made or just like to make? |

Randy a top chef told me long ago, to buy packaged meals. Read the ingredients and add the same, but fresh.
Now I know what that extra room is, a kitchen and play room. 
I do like to cook smart. I buy cookie dough from our baker, yup full of candies or fruit chunks. We do eat the dough as we scoop it
10 min done. Muffins are just cake mix, add apple or ... easy We love the 1 foot cookies |

Randy a top chef told me long ago, to buy packaged meals. Read the ingredients and add the same, but fresh. Now I know what that extra room is, a kitchen and play room.
it sometimes works out sometimes not because they do not write all the ingredients the way we can understand there are some goods with proper ingredient lists whereas some use strange codes instead. ie. some won't write orange flavour, juice or sthng expressing orange, instead they will use the code of it. and of course we do not understand them. |

I just added some food photo's and a bathroom
 on my Profile.
When stuck for idea's, I will make breakfast for dinner ie: hash browns, scrambled eggs, veggies, meat, all mixed together, looks yuck! (guy food) (mine still bite when not feed) |

for me I love process of baking from scratch! Although i do have little cheats, just for things I either don't have the talent for or something that is as equally as well made as I could do but time involved doesn't warrant me making it from scratch! Meatballs for example I could take the time to make them, however an Italian market I go to makes beautiful amazing meatballs (better than anything I could make) so I buy it from them!

I use a Chinese cutting knife, looks scary.
Potatoes cut into fries, cold soak in water, shake dry a bit, into a large bowl, mix-in half cup of oil & spice. Onto trays at about 400C, turn often. Easy & great flavour |

I cheat when making white sauce.
Just use canned mushroom soup w/bit of milk corn starch if I mess-up |
