Look at this way, traditional way of meeting or dating, when someone ask you out, you either say yes on the spot or no, right? Most of the time you don't wait and prep to meet the person, you go out and learn about each other the same time. I think that is a more effective wway than waiting. Waiting can drag on and in some, it will never take place, all you have is an idea or a dream.
