WASHINGTON/UNITED NATIONS (Reuters)

- Iran tested a new medium-range ballistic missile last month in a breach of two U.N. Security Council resolutions, two U.S. officials said on Monday.
The officials, both speaking on condition of anonymity, said the test was held on Nov. 21. One of them said the missile travelled within Iranian territory.
Fox News earlier on Monday on its website cited Western intelligence sources as saying the test was held near Chabahar, a port city near Iran's border with Pakistan.
All ballistic missile tests by Iran are banned under a 2010 Security Council resolution that remains valid until a nuclear deal between Iran and six world powers is implemented.
Under that deal, reached on July 14, most sanctions on Iran will be lifted in exchange for curbs on its nuclear program. According to a July 20 resolution endorsing that deal, Iran is still "called upon" to refrain from work on ballistic missiles designed to deliver nuclear weapons for up to eight years.
In October, the United States, Britain, France and Germany called for the Security Council's Iran sanctions committee to take action over a missile test by Tehran that month that they said violated U.N. sanctions. So far, no action has been taken by the committee.
Several Security Council diplomats said on Monday that they had received no official notification of a new alleged violation of the U.N. missile sanctions against Iran since the October notification. The diplomats spoke on condition of anonymity.

Given the mindset of the useless nations council,
it's doubtful they go beyond giving Iran a high five.

They have always said it was for energy purposes... not making missiles ... and it is always been a who knows ... and the sanctions have or have not been lifted ... have not heard ... just heard they where going to help others fight against Isis ... at this point do know know why anyone would want nukes for energy ...some thing happens you can not shut them down and way to much destruction and way to many being hurt by it ... and Iran is really not that large a country ...I say one wrong move they have hurt or killed their whole country ...

Surely nuclear power is kind of efficiency powerful low resources costume energy solution thus why many country prefer to developing the project associate. But such kind of project will not run by low technical level area and that's why people always doubt about who will burden all the remains. like I through if some where there local educational level is in the low standards both criminal level is height and some still try to running the process associate both due to their polititical controls source is limited should call headlessness knuckle driver. Isn't it? is there any one like to settle home at the Fukushima now? I can see no....no one want to. Then why those socialist full of ambition both popurse still won't give up about. THEY KNOW NO NOTHING! AND NOTHING!

And that's why I still have no job. Surprising? drinks

WASHINGTON (AP) — Iran tested a ballistic missile last month, a U.S. official said Tuesday, describing the second such test since this summer's nuclear agreement. The State Department said only that it was conducting a "serious review" of such reports.

The launching of an Emad long-range ballistic surface-to-surface missile in an undisclosed location. Iran tested a ballistic missile again in November 2015, a U.S. official said Dec. 8, describing the second such test since this summer’s nuclear agreement. The State Department said only that it was conducting a "serious review" of such reports. The test occurred on Nov. 21, according to the official, coming on top of an Oct. 10 test Iran confirmed at the time. The official said other undeclared tests occurred earlier than that, but declined to elaborate. The official wasn’t authorized to speak on the matter and demanded anonymity.
