Breakfast, lunch and tea I used to eat like you Joe but I ended up fat because body went into storage After years of that way of eating I had to force myself to eat breakfast and dinner I have 3 meals a day now. I love food and plenty of exercises. Both together has worked a treat on reducing fat and feeling great.

Any one I eat with a companion. I like to cook but kind of loosing interest in cooking for myself. If I put it in the crock pot and smell it cooking most of the day I will enjoy that so probably supper. LOL I vaguely remember breakfast in bed that was pretty great.

I don't eat breakfast, only a nice cup of coffee (cappuccino that is) But I do love my dinners, as I love to cook... On the stove, in the oven or simply on a campfire in the woods/mountains. ( safely of course)
