NOW TED CRUZ FACES ELIGIBILITY CHALLENGE
Democrat pitbull says he'll 'absolutely' sue if Texan is nominee Published: 11 hours ago Alan Grayson, a Florida lawmaker who’s seeking to move into Marco Rubio’s U.S. senate seat – and who’s earned a reputation as one of the Democratic Party’s loudest pitbulls against Republicans – said he’ll challenge Sen. Ted Cruz’s citizenship via a formal lawsuit if the Texan wins the GOP nomination for the White House. Grayson, who rose to media fame in 2009 by proclaiming from the House floor that Republicans’ health-care plan amounted to “don’t get sick” and “if you do get sick, die quickly,” made the vow while speaking to Alan Colmes on Fox News Radio. Colmes first asked what Grayson’s priority list of attack was for Republicans. “Honestly, it’s the appalling choices that they have among their so–called presidential candidates,” Grayson said, Breitbart reported. Alan Grayson Colmes mentioned the rising poll star of Cruz, and Grayson responded by calling all the candidates bigots. WND’S BIG LIST OF VOTE FRAUD REPORTS: 108% of voting population endorsed Obama in 2012 “It’s resolved itself into this weird reality show,” he said, of the campaign race on the Republican side, Breitbart reported. “It’s not ‘The Biggest Loser’ that they’re choosing. It’s ‘The Biggest Bigot.’… Show me one who represents the exception here. In a sense I guess Cruz is not technically that way, because technically he’s not even an American.” Colmes’ reply: “Well, his mother was born here so I guess like Obama, though it’s interesting to me the people who had a problem with … Obama’s birth certificate don’t have a problem with Ted Cruz, who literally was born in another country and renounced his Canadian citizenry.” And Grayson: “I don’t know … the Constitution says natural-born Americans, so now we’re counting Canadians as natural-born Americans? How does that work? I’m waiting for the moment that he gets the nomination and then I will file that beautiful lawsuit saying that he’s unqualified for the job because he’s ineligible … Absolutely [I'll file]. Call me crazy but I think the president of America should be an American.” Grayson then said “even the anchor babies are actually born here [but Cruz] doesn’t even meet that qualification http://mobile.wnd.com/2015/11/alan-grayson-dem-pitbull-ill-sue-ted-cruz/ -------------------------------------------------- Rafael Edward Cruz December 22, 1970 (age 44) Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Last I read, "natural born Americans" has been defined to include those born to American parents while out of the country.
Oh, and by the way, I saw that claim in the middle there, that someone said that Obama got 108% of the available votes in 2012. I don't know what idiot claimed that, but since we've never had an election in which even 90% of the electorate bothered to vote, suggesting that anyone claimed 108% is nuts. |

Has been defined?. There is nothing to define. Either he was as born on American soil by TWO American parents or he is a foreigner. Scary actually.. That it had gotten this far. ![]() Oh, and by the way, I saw that claim in the middle there, that someone said that Obama got 108% of the available votes in 2012. There are plenty of links available that state quite firmly (here's one:http://harvardlawreview.org/2015/03/on-the-meaning-of-natural-born-citizen/) that "Natural born citizen" means anyone born to CITIZENS of the US, no matter where they are at the time.
What actually makes Cruz unelectable, is the fact that he's such a fool, and so delusional, that he decided that he had to formally renounce Canadian citizenship that he never had, to deflect this false complaint. |

You are describing " Natural born citizen " BUT not for President of The United States. The requirements are stricker. Including an age requirement. It is written that way by our Founding Fathers as a precaution & for our own protection. * There can be NO exceptions.. No one should open that door * Cruz- no idea if he fool or what he thinks or wants or believes. Since he is ineligible, he is not worth my time to pay attention. |

Prior to republican candidate Trump, spending "millions" of his own dollars,
to "prove" that Obonzo is a birthright citizen... The early libtard argument in defense of Obonzo's candidacy and presidency, was that Obonzo's mother was a u.s. Citizen, and therefore had the "right" to bestow birthright citizenship to barrak, regardless of where he was born. .... The memories of goldfish. |
