I get to go home tommorrow after being gone for surgery and my gf that wouldnt come see me isnt ganna see me when I get home. She wont even tell me when ill get to see her. It sucks cauuse shes got one of my cell phones cause I added her to my plan. If I knew she wouldnt break it I dump her right now but I want that phone back. What should I do???

I would get the phone back, then DUMP her. What kind of relationship is it...she wouldn't come see you????

Just happened to me a few months ago....shut the phone off and chalk it up to expierence. Better to have to pay for a phone shut-off charge than what she could do if she got mad...

If it is the early shut-off penalty you are talking about having to pay?? I was talking about shutting off my daughter's cell phone and it is a 2-year contract, and the woman at Qwest told me just to suspend it, not shut it off, that way it won't work, but I wouldn't have to pay the early shut off fine either.
Just a thought, might save you some cash. |

Shut it off and tell then someone stole it and you'll get another phone

Marie.....a shut off fee is a one time fee of like $200, to suspend service you still have to pay for the phone on a monthly basis...even though it isn't being used.

Okay then, report it as stolen, because you are right, it has technically been stolen and then you shouldn't be responsible for the charges from the date you said it was stolen either.
You are certainly better off without her. Sorry she turned out to be such a loser. |

Report it lost or stolen for sure that way no one can use the phone anymore and get another phone You can also suspend service it costs about 5 dollars a month to keep it suspended until you need it again. Good luck.
