I have watched for the last couple months as Britney Spears went from fame to the gutter and now all I hear is people calling her names and putting her down because the way I see it when the fans stop caring dosnt that make the star give up as well jw.

And yea I'm a fan no matter what.

I don't think it's the fans fault.it's actually pretty normal for these things to happen because most of these stars are chosen while they are young and they don't know how to handle the pressure.they want to live a normal life and party and stuff like that but they forget the cameras are going to follow them and they finally break down.it has more to do with the media more than it does the fans.JMO

sounds right to me i watched the video of her running the guys foot over and it looks like the guy waited for her to come out and then put his foot in the way so the way I see it he got what he deserved

i agree jt..no one is perfect..kinda makes me sick how they are treating her and i am not a fan by any means but still they need to leave the poor girl alone.

I agree with Jtevans.
And it's not a new thing, either. Look at the staggering number of 50s and 60s child stars who weren't equipped to handle life once the cameras turned off. Even the kid who played "Timmy" from the show "Lassie" had a ton of troubles I think, though, it has more to do with media "attention" than the media itself. Once they stop paying attention to you, it's devastating, because the chils stars have been conditioned to the "star life" almost from birth. |

Oh, and about Brittney:
The media's giving her hell about her weight gain. Well, in this man's opinion, I think she looks GREAT  ! I simply CANNOT STAND the "bag of bones" look that Hollywood demands of it's women. Most of these women in Hollywood look like they could use a good ole "Dagwood Sammich"! I'm not a big fan of Brittney's music, but I wish her the best in sorting her life out, and hope she does well. |
