That's what I made this afternoon.. using up bananas. Made two.. one for us, the other for the neighbor.. cause, that's just what we do.

We do that here as well usually cupcakes or cookies though yes, here too.. whatever I am baking, or whatever she is baking- cookies, zucchini loaf, cabbage rolls... we take the goodies over in a basket or tin..and return the tin full of whatever gets baked next by either of us..afterall, we don't want to return an empty container; its got to be full of something! |

I love banana nut bread! Last week I made some fiery pumpkin muffins. They were quite good too. They had cinnamon
 and toasted pecans on top for the "fire".

I have one of those giving plates that goes back and forth between my sisters and I. For the neighbors it is usually something disposable. I have one neighbor that is Mexican and drops off enchiladas or carne asada and I send over cupcakes. I am pretty sure I am getting the better deal
