Most Christian women are well educated, stable, and already know God. Ruth on the other hand had only her fate in an unknown God.

Ruth wanted God's will in her life.
Ruth was in obedience to her mother in law.
It was God's will for her to be in the family tree to Jesus and king David
It was Boaz that wanted Ruth because of what she represented.

Some never do in 60 yrs. They think the Bible is for collecting dust, or that nobody can understand it anyway.

I know what you are saying.
I used to read from the Kung James version with the thys, though and though nots.
I switch to the New King James. I stayed with NKJ because it's straight to the point.
NIV did my head in. I used the Good News to help if I need to simplify it to understand.

 This line is killing me !

Obviously, Ruth wasn't as complacent about returning to the land of her widowed sister-in-law, and their polytheism, as I'd argue too many would-be Christian Women are or would-be.

Ruth lived more than a thousand years before Jesus walked the Earth, and One can hardly assume she was any less adamant about her faith in the one unseen God.

It is believed that Samuel wrote The Book Of Ruth, and because the entire romantic account is only four chapters long it merits being read in its entirety.

The Book of Ruth is between Judges and 1st Samuel in the Bible.

It sounds perfectly sensible to me. The Christian women,(women born after Christ) should know more about God. Ruth on the other hand grew up in Moab where God was not known. Ruth probably just knew what she had learned from her husband and inlaws.

Well, Ruth was well informed by Naomi about who and what the True God is.

Can we say the same about every would-be Christian Woman... ?

Do they all assume Jesus is God or do some recognize Jesus was also in subjection to an unseen God ?

Ruth would have been informed by Naomi, her husband and sons, I would assume. The rest of the Moabites, I think not. Although they must have had some knowledge, were they not the descendants of Lot?

We are getting into a grey area. Is everybody who looks to Jesus as savior a Christian, or only those who follow his commandments.

I don't know what "they" believe. I believe Jesus is god, yes. Jesus is in subjection to an unseen god, yes.

An assertion followed by a contradiction is an Oxymoron.

If Jesus is God Almighty, to whom else is he in subjection to ?

God is a family (Elohim) Jesus is one of the members. He said "The father is greater than I"

You believe 'God' is plural or a group.
