In a way I think I like the idea of someone that is out of state because the guys that live in your city often get pushy about wanting to meet up right away and I don't know if I'm comfortable with that. I really like to take my time and get to know someone a little bit outside of what it says on their profile and all the crap they said in that one conversation you had on the phone. I've met guys locally and usually when they are rushing and pressuring you to meet up they just want to see if they can screw you.

Makes good sense, Saturn. I agree with that one. I am not such an easy person to get to know either. And I am not quick to trust someone. Just screwing someone just because I can has never been something I do.

I've been to all 48 states and Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. The entire reason I live in Ohio right now is because this is where my ex was living back in 1999 and I wanted to be with her. As a truck driver, I never would have moved to the Buckeye because it's a communist state with a split speed limit

I went to Oklahoma to meet someone I met online. This was a few years ago. It didn't work out but it didn't turn me off to the idea completely of LDR's.

As for just looking for a booty call or whatever, I've chosen to be single the last 9 months because I was tired of feeling like the guys I was going out with weren't really interested in what was going on above my neck.

I'm somewhat of a loner too. I have a few close friends that I talk to daily and hang out with occasionally. I spend a lot of my time with my family, watching my favorite shows, checking out new music online and posting on a couple of different forums I belong to.

I'm a pretty simple person.

If you like someone, where they live is just a small detail that can be over come, besides what about the adventure!!!
