When I got to www.ecw.com and go to the videos click on it I get things like this happening and do not know how to fix it, I emailed Microsoft and I emailed wwe.com about it. Still waiting on MS to respond.

Here's the message I get when I go to watch any of the videos from either ecw.com or wwe.com

So here's what I've done so far...

I upgrade / download the newer version of Window's of media player.

Download flashplayer update.

And that's about it from what wwe.com told me might help.

But it has yet to fix the problem

When I clicked canceled I get Error 1706 and something to do with installshield.

I search yahoo and it say's it has something to do with a microsoft up date.

Not sure if that is true or not.

Any help in fixing this problem would be great full.

that error gives 1607 not my error of 1706.
