I'm new to Vegas, I figure instead of sitting at the house brooding, I can meet some people and get out some. I'm not looking for a relationship or hookups. I'm looking for friends that I can be me with. Right now, being at this house...I am Not Myself. She and I are not enemies. We are just on two different planes right now. The difference is my plane is grounded and hers is in a free fall. Destination I don't know. and I don't think she does either.

It sounds like the " My wife doesn't understand me " line " & " I am a single dad, save me" pick up.
Keep in mind, most men wouldn't want a woman who isn't really available & has a child by another man, who is still in her life. Women may think more like men than you realize. Drama. You can't start over until you set yourself free. |

Not looking for help or a savior. I am 2000 miles away from home family and friends. Just looking for new friends to joke and horse around, nothing more. Just trying to move on socially, not emotionally. I like sports bars and off color yet tasteful humor. I am a deep thinker but I also like to laugh a lot.

I have to agree with so much of what is said. I commend you on not wanting to do the revenge thing that only hurts you more in the long run than the other person. I think Sassy gave you some great advice, come out and mingle get to know people here. I know I have made some great friends along the way that I have had for years now. Again, welcome |

No. Not the occasional HJ. I am new in Vegas and just want friends that I can meet with and do what friends do. Hang out, cook out, bar hop, children get acquainted and horseplay. Nothing as extreme as HJ's. CTFU. It's all good though. Made me laugh. But also, if something did blossom, my business is out there...No lies. I'm in limbo here...wish I were back in Ohio, around family and friends. Not knowing anyone is not a good feel with my personality.
