for a great burger try this,,this will feed as many as you need
get your hamburger, put in a bowl. add cpl dashes of meat tenderizer bout half teaspoon garlic about 3 shots of jack daniels lil worchester sauce. patty them out and put on a decent cookie sheet bake at 350 for about 25-30 mins good burger with and outdoor taste inside, no grill needed |

Also nice is you put finely chopped Onion in mix or finely chopped Chilli's in the mix. Another idea is to put some cheese in the middle of the patty (make sure its well surrounded by the meat) and cook as you have prescribed...

well,, you can take a burger, add diffrent things to it, like cheese,, bacon bits whatever to the meat, then once its done cooking, put it on special bread, add nice toppings, and its something like what they would serve in a nice place. its all in presentation of the food.

sounds good but I couldn't add the jack daniels because I am allergic to alcohol. I will have to try it without it

the alcohol cooks out of it in the first 5 mins of it in the oven. its added for the flavor that jack gives,, robust oak flavoring
|
|

another good idea for those that don t drink is to add mesquite seasoning does same as jack would only better, more woody taste
|

if your cooking outdoors, i use jack smoking chips on the grill,, that give any meat above it a great taste, lil dash of liquid smoke added is just right fer me, but its what the taste of the crowd is that matters
