Okay .. I learned this from a movie called "The Story of Us" with Bruce Willis and Sally Fields.

We are gathered around the dinner table. Each person has to share their High and Low of the day.

High? What made you happy, put a smile on your face.

Low? What sucked. LOL

Only rule .. you can have a high w/out a low, but yu can NOT have a low with out a high.

My kids and I do this when we eat together .. it's a great way to find out where everyone is at, why they are in a bad mood .. or why they are rockin. Helps everyone get to know each other better yanno?

My high today was hearing from my brother..we don't keep in touch like we should..and I always feel great when we get time!
My low today was when my boss asked me to watch over his desk as he had some money laying out (he is a careless freak and I hate that responsibility)

the low -- woke up really cranky and irritated at everybody and everything.
the high -- someone need a friend and I was there. made my whole day.

My high...talking to someone special

My low...the dentist replacing two crowns that fell out
(which he put in) and charging me $105.

High: I am chatting with good people here on JSH
Low: Its been raining all day!!

High: Got new Alpine system in my car, with 2 12 inch subwoofes, and a killer ampliphire.

Low: Found out my gf was lying to me

High had a gal who I have been talking to from this site give me a wakeup call.(2nd time this week) Has made my day both times. Somebody better thro me a rope before I float outta sight.

My high was becoming stronger in an area of my life ..

My low? dang, I don't think I have one

My high today (don't laugh Judy) our e-mail giggle.....

My low was the big battle at staff meeting at church.....

High...writing something special for my brother

Low...not having chocolate cupcakes filled with butterscothc pudding and heath bits

oh wait, Deb said DON'T laugh???? ha ha ha
