do we have abortion without consent?
do we have sex change without consent?

how far will we go in this 'its their body' culture?

As far as self-serving purposes can take it.

In extreme cases, such as automobile accidents, yes abortions have been perform to save the woman.

Sex change, yes doctors have performed genital reconstruction surgery shortly after birth, for the sake of appearances, without consultanting the parents & with insufficient medical data & testing.
(law suits are pending).
Back in the day, this was even done, due to a botched circumcision. slaphead

Sexual maturity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_maturity/On average, girls begin puberty at ages 10–11; boys at ages 11–12.[1][2] Girls usually complete puberty by ages 15–17,[2][3][4] while boys usually complete puberty by ages 16–17.[2][3][5] The major landmark of puberty for females is menarche, the onset of menstruation, which occurs on average between ages 12–13;[6][7][8][9] for males, it is the first ejaculation, which occurs on average at age 13.[10] In the 21st century, the average age at which children, especially girls, reach puberty is lower compared to the 19th century, when it was 15 for girls and 16 for boys.[11] This can be due to any number of factors, including improved nutrition resulting in rapid body growth, increased weight and fat deposition,[12] or exposure to endocrine disruptors such as xenoestrogens, which can at times be due to food consumption or other environmental factors.[13][14] Puberty which starts earlier than usual is known as precocious puberty. Puberty which starts later than usual is known as delayed puberty.

Statutory Rape: The Age of Consent
Authored by Peter Clarke,

What Is Statutory Rape?
Statutory rapeoccurs whena person over the age of consentengages insexual intercourse with someone under the statutory age of consent. In moststates, the age of consent has been arbitrarilydesignated by statute. However, this age of consent varies widely from state to state.Statutory rape is a strict liability crime, meaning that the consent of the younger person or mistake about their age is not a defense.

What Is the Age of Consent?
Federal lawmakes it criminal to engage in a sexual act with another person who is between the age of 12 and 16 if they areat least four yearsyounger than you. Each state takes a different approach as theage of consenthas rangedfrom 10 to 18.Some states, such as California and New York, set an age at which all sexual intercourse is considered statutory rape. For example, a state might set the age of consent at 18.In this hypothetical state, twoseventeen year olds who had consensual sex could both theoretically be convicted of statutory rape.

Other states imply a different method which, like the federal statute, takes into account the relative ages of both people. In these states, such as Texas, the age of consent is determined by age differentials between the two persons and limited by a minimum age. For example, a state might set a minimum age of 14, butlimit consent to partnerswho are within 3 years of their age. This would allow asixteen year old to lawfully have sex with afourteen year old, but make it criminal for aneighteen year old to have sex with that samefourteen year old.

Examples of different state's statutory ages of consent:

California - The age of consent in California is 18.It is illegal for anyone to engage in sexual intercourse with a minor (someone under the age of 18), unless they are that person's spouse.California employs a tiered system where the greater the difference in age, the greater the penalty. If the person engaging in sex with a minor is less than 3 years older oryounger than the minor, then they are guilty of a misdemeanor. If they are more than 3 years older than the minor then they are guilty of a felony. Those over the age of 21 engaging in sex with those under 16 are subjected to more harsh penalties.
Florida -The age of consent in Florida is 18. It is illegal for anyone over the age of 24 to have sex with anyone under the age of 18, unless they are married.
Illinois -The age of consent in Illinois is 17.For people18 or over, it is illegal for themto commit acts of a sexual nature on persons who are under the age of 18 if they are in a position of authority or trust over the victim. This effectively raises the age of consent for older people in positions of authority or trust to 18 years old.
New York - The age of consent is 17. It is illegal for anyone to have sex with someone under the age of 17.
Texas -The age of consent is 17.The minimum age is 14 with an age differential of 3 years; thus, thosewho are at least 14 years of age can legally have sex with those less than 3 years older.
If you need a quick guide for each state, a chart is provided below. Be aware that the law may be more complex than the chart shows and that the information given is subject to change.

Age of consent laws vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction,[1] though most jurisdictions set the age of consent in the range 14 to 18. The laws may also vary by the type of sexual act, the gender of the participants, or other restrictions such as abuse of a position of trust; some jurisdictions may also make allowances for minors engaged in sexual acts with each other, rather than a single age. Charges resulting from a breach of these laws may range from a misdemeanor such as corruption of a minor, to what is popularly called statutory rape (which is considered equivalent to rape, both in severity and sentencing).

For ALL other countries it is better to research it yourself.. many variables.
Examples...
The PHILIPPINES has the lowest age of consent in Asia at 12 years old, though Japanese law allows for consent at age 12, but only in metropolitan Tokyo. Japan's federal laws put consent at 13, but prefectural laws vary and can raise consent up to 18 years old.Jun 7, 2008.

Philippines also has a law, where it is illegal to be alone in a room with a minor without a male relative present.

Not anymore. The FDA changed it, big chickens little eggs, growth hormones in livestock.... Girls develope at much younger ages than when we were kids. The IBTC numbers are shrinking rapidly.

Now..if they would just make a deactivation - testosterone compond & put it in to men's food (like they did to our kids milk), ... or a common sense compound to remind men, 'just because you they want to shag it doesn't mean it is shagable'

Let's face it people- The problem is... grown men. If they are even thinking about sex with a minor something is WRONG with them. And they should be dealt with SEVERELY.
And any girl who has sex and/ or conceives under a legal marrying age, then something is wrong with BOTH her parents & society.
This has NOTHING to do with puberty & everything to do with a lack of morality, spiritually & handing our children's minds, bodies & souls over to sick & twisted governments that say " You need this, it is for your own good... blah blah blah" & "This sexuality is normal, & so is this movie & cartoon " & we either believe them or live in a box & do nothing about it.

mandatory birth control...

alternatively...we could always mess around with sperm instead...

Male Birth Control Treatment Could Focus on Sperm Proteins, Not Hormones
by Rachael Rettner, Senior Writer | October 02, 2015 01:00pm ET

A male form of "the pill" has stymied researchers for years, but now a new study finds that such male birth control may be possible by blocking a single protein in sperm cells.

In a mouse study, the researchers focused on a protein called calcineurin, which is found in the sperm-producing cells of the testes as well as other cells in the body.

The researchers genetically engineered mice so that they lacked a gene that makes part of the calcineurin protein but is activatedonly in sperm-producing cells. When these mice had sex, they were infertile, the researchers said. (This genetic engineering experiment was done as a proof of concept, to show that this gene affects sperm,)

In a separate experiment, the researchers treated the mice with two drugs that block calcineurin, called cyclosporine A and FK506. Both of these drugs are already used in patients who've had organ transplants to suppress the immune system and prevent the organ from being rejected by the body.

After about four to five days of treatment, the mice developed defects in their sperm and became infertile. But once the treatment was stopped, these defects went away, and the mice were fertile again within a week.

"Considering these results in mice, sperm calcineurin may be a target for reversible and rapidly acting human male contraceptives," the researchers, from Osaka University in Japan, wrote in the Oct. 1 issue of the journal Science Express. The researchers noted that human sperm also contain the calcineurin protein, and that part of the protein is specific to sperm. [Sexy Swimmers: 7 Facts About Sperm]

When the researchers tried to figure out why their genetically engineered mice were infertile, they found that the mice's sperm cells did not swim well and were not able to fertilize eggs. Further experiments found that themidpieces of these sperm didn't bend normally, which prevented the sperm from penetrating the membrane of an egg.

However, because the study was conducted in mice, it's not clear if the findings will translate to humans. In a small, previous study of nine men who took cyclosporine A after a kidney transplant, researchers found that three of the four men who attempted to have children were successful. But other studies in men have suggested that cyclosporine A does affect sperm movement.

Patricia Morris, director of biomedical research at the New York-based nonprofit research organization Population Council, said that calcineurin is an interesting target for a male contraceptive because it is not a hormone. Approaches to male contraception that target hormones can affect sex drive and thus are less desirable as contraceptives, said Morris, who was not involved in the new study in mice.

"We certainly need male contraceptives, and new designs that aren't hormone-based are really welcomed in terms of acceptability," Morris said.

In addition, targeting a protein that's found only in sperm would theoretically eliminate the possibility of side effects in other tissues, Morris told Live Science.

"The holy grail of any drug development is, you want it to be specific," Morris said. "And that's what makes [this] such an enticing, kind of exciting prospect."

these days girls are getting their periods and boobs at earlier ages due to all the chemicals/hormones/gmo that is put into our food..
50 years ago girls, generally, would get their period about 12 - 14 years of age..my mom didn't start until she was 15, I was 13..
