Every time I send a message, at the top of the page I get a box which tells me to enter a code to confirm your email etc.
Well I'm getting verification that my email/details have been verified but I still can't send a message has it keeps repeating the same process.
Any one else having problems or just Billy no mates here ??

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:

and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.
