What do the red and blue dots mean beside the person profile name mean?

what red and blue dots? how come i don't get any dots? i think mingle is leaving me out of the dot count here...

if i remember right its using a cell phone i have never used one so it kinda blind sided me as well cause i was the same way what dots ? they have dots i see no dots lol

I have them on my phone and they tell me who is on an who is off Green for on Red for off I don't have blue dots
