Trying to upload profile photos. Following the instructions from the site. Copy e-mail address ok. Open photo app ok. Select photo ok,tap screen to bring up on screen controls not ok no on screen controls appear. I have an apple I pad but just doesn't want to do it. Any computer buffs out there who can help?

Thanks for your patience, Sandman568475. Is there any way that you could try to download our iOS app? The upload mechanism that you describe is old and may not be as reliable as that of the app.

Hi am having issues as well, I've copied pics to the e-mail " pskfu16vulcmqjt@m.mingle2.com " but they do not automatically upload, where do I find the rest of the steps to upload from the above e-mail?

Thanks for your patience, guarapito. I'm seeing if we still support email uploads from iOS devices.
*edit* I'm afraid that we do not support it anymore. You should be able to upload photos directly from their iOS device, though. |

I have actually the same problem then sandman.... Got a I pad copied the email trying to send my pic to the email because i can't upload anything... Do I need a special app if yeah which one... How does it work... I can't you the homepage proper without a pic.. Thanks... |
