which I thought we can't do ... but I am ready to switch and wondering if it would be a good move ... I believe I only have the choice of two now in my area ... and really one cant give me all the info becouse I am in contract with the other ... but as far as i am concern the one I am with has step way over the line and seem impossible to work with some of these lies and cheats ... now I am one to take responsibility if it is my fault but none of this is... so ready to switch co. ... any suggestion on how some of these co. work as packages ... and making the better choice ... I feel very stuck right now and angry from theirs lies ... so looking to get away from my server now as fast as I can ... I have been a very good customer over the yrs but I am one that hates B/S an is blamed for things... I did not know about ... and BS by their workers ... to come out like it was not their fault when it was ... any help you can give would be appreciated on the best servers out there and had the least trouble with ... and no I do not use a cell just a desk top ... ty...

Well, lets start with the obvious, all the hosting companies are in it for the money, to them it is simply BUSINESS And every business has collateral damage (unhappy customers) On the topic of rogue salesperson or rogue support staff, they are just that! Rogues!!! So, even though I have been hosting with the same company now for around 21 years, and have around 20+ domains registered with them, there are some things they could do better! YET on the whole I am VERY HAPPY with them and would not change them for the world! My hosting providers are One and One, In Europe you can access their site via http://www.1and1.co.uk/ In USA you can access their site via http://www.1and1.com/ The main thing is to decide if your current hosting company fulfils 95% of your requirements. If it does not then we need to look at the problem areas and decide how best to address them? I took the liberty to perv your profile to assess which country you were in (USA), so therefore, I would hazard a guess that maybe you are with one of the bigger hosts such as Go Daddy. I have some questions for you, to better assess your needs, if you would be so kind as to answer them for me please? Do you currently use?: a) Windows Hosting? b) Linux Hosting? All the cheapest hosting tends to be Linux based servers and the more expensive hosting tends to be Windows based hosting. Do you use? ASPX pages as in windows hosting PHP pages as in linux hosting or maybe even simple HTML pages as in generic old school hosting? Maybe you can pm me and explain exactly what problems you are having? Jaan   thanks I am founding their are only 2 in my area so I am stuck if I want to stay ... and the other one i am hearing might not reach in my location for internet ... but will not know till my contract is up ... becouse in some ways work together ...
