lol, no, that was last october here in buffalo. We had a huge storm hit us, 24 inches in 12 hours and trees were down, 300,000 people didnt have power for almost3 weeks. It was horrible. But thats buffalo for ya

yeah I've been to Buffalo and you're right there off the Lake too which is even worse with the lake effect snows

yeah, but they say we wont get much over 13 inches this year total, we will c.....

the last major snow storm we had here in Feb. of this year, left us with 10 inches in one day....that was a nightmare, the most snow we've had in years.

4 wheel drive is great in that stuff....my next vehicle will be 4 wheel drive if I am still living in snow bird country.

Well first off how many people in all reality do you think will show up? Its a great weekend to do it. I'm toying with the idea of loading my monster truck, food and motorcycles and driving out 8 hours and helping you. The lake you're on is beautiful and full of bird wildlife being next to the bird preserve. Its 10 months away and I pride myself on being overly prepared in everything I do in life.

Truthfully, I don't know. Experience says lots of people will say yes, but things will happen & few show.
It is all up to the ammount of commitment people will put forth.
As it gets closer, will have to ask for money to buy meat & staples, figure that will show who is really interested. To me, May will be commitment month. Serious folks will have to step up. You want to come, just plan it. They have built a park by the river, 4 miles away, for dirt bikes & 4 wheelers.
