I eat dates and I drink tea or coffee here in Saudi I'm finding it strange...!! Never did so...nor seen anyone doing that...may be because we have normally sweet tea n coffee.( I mean with raw sugar) Perhaps you people are having tea n coffee without sugar with dates!! Well, I do and they do it here most ifthe time. They don't put too many sugar in their tea or coffee Hmmm....That's why..! Anyways...I love dates (Arabian )very much....so sweet n delicious they are. In hindi we call it KHAJUR

Kind of yoga....very powerful....you try googling it...if you didn't get....I will teach you sometime. Hmmmnnnn....im curious....I like yoga, I do a little bit sometimes when I feel a bit heavy, just need to let out negative energy You will definitely fall in love with sudarshan kriya....!! Just try it ones n you will get addicted. Well for referring...I just attempted on google...there are many links...mostly of youtube videos....I haven't yet opened to watch those but I'm sure you will certainly get to learn it in detail there on you tube.
