I keep saying that I am into road trips, but nobody seems to like that idea. Always wanted to do a Diners Drive Inns and Dives roadtrip...pick several restaurants from the show, scattered across the country...and hit em all....dont need a semi either...Maybe one day... .. best show ever

I have done many road trips in a Semi and out.. Love road tripping.. Best kinds are the ones where you know what direction you're heading but no clue what the destination will be.

Years ago when restrictions were not so likely to cancel and employment contract I used to ride with family members and close friends in their trucks. I could needlework and just have a lot of quiet time between conversations. Riding the road is not like a vacation because it costs to much to sight see and you can't Bobtail a tractor just anywhere. And the lot lizards bang on the truck regardless so if you are not rolling that can be a drag.

I haven't seen a lot lizard long time. they did undercover stings few years back drivers lost their cdl and job. u get caught with one u can't work. I think they have gone to better hunting grounds
