ok so i'm thinking of buying one of those d.i.y. teeth whitening things, has anyone on here ever had success with that, can someone reccomend a good brand?

I hear you must not use them too often- because you can damage your teeth bleaching them too much. |

I have tried Crest Whitening Strips but found I liked the Aquafresh Whitening Trays better.

One hint, Heather, I did the professional trays years ago. Be sure to use the strips, trays, whatever, after you have had a professional cleaning. Otherwise, you are just whitening the plaque on your teeth.
