From working at the nursing home I have found some ingenious ways to get hugs without even really trying. It has really helped me to watch the coworker who taught me to work the floors. It has given me a whole new outlook on working the floors. It is kind of funny because it is like I want to tell her that hey I am working this side of the hall. She is not fooling me a bit because I know she likes hugs, too. One of my favorite that she does is when she says, "Now give me a hug so that you don't fall." Since I have been there I have started to learn a lot of her tricks.

Aw, thanks. Love hugs. Yeah, her husband used to work the halls until he wasn't able to any more. She is a good friend and has taught me a lot.

I love hugs. I just don't get them too often. BUT, I've come up with a novel way to get them:

When I'm in a restaurant, I'll pretend I'm choking on a piece of food. When someone comes and grabs me from behind to perform the Heimlich Maneuver, I spin around really fast--VOLIA, instant hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
