last time i went as to the family day at pontefract.
i told my daughter who was 9 or 10 at the time she could have �5, she could either put it on a bet on one horse or different ones, there were only 3 races left and she decided to lump it all on one horse, i persuaded her to go E/W so she would still win something if the horse didn't win imagine her and my delight when it came 3rd at something like 25/1, needless to say the journey home was a happy one :) |
