It's not the noodles it's the "sauce" packet that has all the salt. Actually, the noodles are as unhealthy as the flavour packets. The health warnings were issued about all instant noodles in general. Not just ramen. And not just the flavour packets. It has alot to do with how the noodles are preserved. |
