You can be told by a man that tricked you into coming for an audition that it wasn't really an audition and that he wasn't really a producer but a businessman with a lot of cash and that he won't show it anywhere because he has a wife and kids and has a business and that legally he can't.
But that can't be true because he did put it on the internet and I've seen it, so if you reply to this man's advertisement be aware that he's lying to you but he'll then make the thousand bucks for ten minutes sound pretty good. That's the way that he sucks them in. |

10-15 years ago I was looking for a job online.
I applied for a bunch of positions on online web boards. I received a call that specifically asked me to come in for an interview. When I went in for it there were about 20-30 people and we all sat through a 30 minute presentation that was little different than any of the "learn how to flip homes! Learn how to be an investor! Sell Amway!" like commercials on the radio, or seminars being offered at hotels. I was really pissed off at the end of the presentation because it seemed like it was just a pyramid or ponzi scheme. I was confused because I thought it was going to be a job interview. That's what the lady that called me said it was going to be. They passed out clipboards for people to fill out their personal information and payment methods. I got up and left, but I was the only one to do so. That's the way that he sucks them in.
If people are told they are going to get what they really want many will stick around long enough to see if they're going to get it, no matter if the original reason for getting them there turns out to be false. It's not just on the internet. It's everywhere. It seems to be human nature. Why else do you think so many women fall for the "of course I'm looking for a relationship! Let's have sex," and then "oh no! He just wanted sex!" thing. Hope springs eternal and makes suckers out of everyone at some point. |
