Apparently so...

In the military I figure about 70% of every day is wasted waiting for politicians to decide what to do next. All about the hurry up and wait.

are we ever TRULY waiting? ....

example, sitting in the park waiting on your girlfriend. ...are you waiting?

or are you relaxing in the park?


you order a pizza. ..thet say the 'wait' will be 30 minutes. ....are you TRULY just waiting?....or are you watching tv/reading a book etc....

if your sitting at home, waiting for someone to come over.....are you spending your time thinking about something rhat otherwise you may have been to busy to think about?

I think time will continue forward. ..it doesnt stop...we can't stop it....I say enjoy waiting. ..enjoy the quiet moments when society forces us to stop a for a few minutes. ..look at your surroundings and appreciate the conveniences we have made that in all reality make us wait less....yes maybe a 10 minute line in the grocery store....but far better than a week hunt that it may take to get that meat 'the old fashioned' way

Next thing you know, you forgot what / who you were waiting for.
