"Have a nice.day" in my family pretty much means "FU buddy"

Devil never made me do or say anything I didn't want to or was too naive to know it was wrong. I gladly except that there are things in my life that I should not have done but I chalk them all up to learning experiences.

Dude. I have said some cheeky stuff in my years here. But like a good client, I cannot confirm nor deny that I ever made said "cheeky" comments.

I had been getting phone calls at my office....4-5 in the space of about 15 minutes. Each time, I could hear that someone was on the line but not a word from them. Finally, I got aggravated enough to *69 and call back. I told my boss I was going to tell em we were closed to bjs because of being "audited" by the i.n.s. When I called the number, a lady answered with "blah-blah Nursing & Healthcare ".....I started giggling because I knew right away what had happened. The lady said "excuse me, can I help you?". She also thought I was being a prank caller because the giggling became laughter. I explained about the phone calls and that I understood it was probably a patient trying to make a call and kept getting the # wrong. She said ok, but wasn't giggling like I was.
Ah, well.....made my day even tho she seemed to be irritated by it.

I tend to agree with the devil can't make you do anything but I have had some utterances that were not just senior moments of thinking out loud. Especially wishing someone a sarcastic "Have a nice day dear." What can they do to you?

I once answered the phone with "Is Joe There"? The person who called was like, "Ummmm....what? Wait...I am supposed to ask to speak to someone", I started rolling. And to think it was my minister.

When my mouth gets ahead of my brain as it sometimes will, I just remind people that my halo is held up by my horns.

What's makes it worse I don't remember saying it. I know I was thinking it but wow I would never say it. Ex said I acted like it was normal.

Lol Annie! I have a habit of answering stupid questions with an equally stupid answer. I'll be under the hood od a car, replacing a batter or something,and some guy will come up and say "what are you doing" I'll answer: knitting a blanket, or baking a cake. Get's me some funny looks, lol

Another time the exmum ordered my ex sister over for a talk about the7 kids they have with another two on the way. Ex bro inlaw was not allowed to go. So they sent me.
Mum in law start talking about sex when she had it. Ewwwwe saying how bad it was. Ex sister shocked.
My mouth went Into over flow. Told her that some might like hard and fast. Adds to the fun and makes it exciting. Wooohoo lady go hard.
If they want heaps of kids enjoy because it might fall off.

I remember talking to some guy on Skype that was widowed.

He was complaining how he really needed to have someone fill his wife's empty shoes.

I piped up with if they weren't Jimmy Chu's I had my own.

He said "You want her shoes?"

Then I told him I bet they don't even holler four when they golf around you.

Hand to God his next remark; you guessed it "well she does have some golf shoes."

I wish I had said one thing, a long while back.

I had just sat through an impromptu lecture by a woman who was going on about how we needed the government to be run the way that "our great forefathers" originally intended.

I politely restrained myself from pointing out that if she really believed that, then she should NEVER vote, or attempt to influence political decisions of any kind.

OH Duh yea you are right on political speache's creating excited utterances or wish I could say that out loud thoughts. Another is when you listen to physicians talking behind the curtain and wondering about their maturity and professionalism.

When I was in pre-op for my rotator cuff surgery, everyone who approached me asked my name and birth date, then asked what surgery I was getting. I gave the correct info for the first 2 questions, then told them lipo and a boob job for the last one, even my surgeon cracked up!

too funny I think for your 65th birthday a tummy tuck should be covered my medical if you want it. lol Maybe that won't help other parts but least it is unisex enhancement.

no the devil never made me say it ... sometimes it is out of habit ...and sometimes can not control it because it happens that way ... and is sometimes I have to try and control my manner ... which in some cases very hard ... especially if I want to call someone a A**hole or something else ...I have to refrain from ... not easy ...
