I Walk These Narrow Paths ( In These The Autumnal-Days of My Years )
Immersed in shame, found bound this day by my need to kneel in my aloneness and pray, I assert to the masses this loathing of the rich, those pimps and those decadent, odorous whores, Who profess their lives to be deeply blessed, but who'r found lesser, and thus they, Rather than we - by all notion and natural decree, are meant to sacrifice and so must pay, I do now close my warrior fist toward them in anger, those wealthy bound by the raw arrogance they display. Namaste, Namaste, Namaste.
I read those words and a picture of a feeling looms up from somewhere. Laden with the author's conviction, the wording presses up against my neck formed out of letters innocently nestling upon the page in cunning disguise For truth be told i gasp in the reading, certain that the awesome chill they do engender is naught less than the very likeness of a blade of fine-honed steel. Thank you |
